EVERYONE is warmly welcome at our Ghent city brewery, if you have a reservation or not. Anyone who’d like to is invited to come and enjoy one or more of our six delicious Ghent Gruut beers. Be among the first to taste our Gruut Maîtresse, a limited-edition Gruut beer brewed here in small batches. Each batch features different flavorings and a unique recipe. Our Maîtresse is available exclusively at our brewery and is not sold anywhere else. In the De Splenter family, brewing beer is our passion which we pass on to the next generation.
Take a seat at the table and discover what makes Gruutbeer so special in our beer tasting. The tasting takes about 50 minutes and includes three samples. You’ll learn about the history of beer, which features makes our Gruutbeer special, the brewing process, and the history of the unique building where the brewery is located.
